Alliance Pharma Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006 as an extension of Bioscience Co., Ltd., the exclusive seller in Thailand of quality oncology products from Dabur Pharma. During the period 1996 to 2006 Bioscience had established itself as one of the most successful seller and distributor of pharmaceutical products in Thailand by achieving leadership position for generic oncology products. The success of Bioscience was achieved due to expertise and experience of the management team and employees, as well as excellent product quality.
 
Alliance Pharma Co., Ltd., imports and commercializes pharmaceutical and medical device products in Thailand and focuses on providing the highest quality products at the right price so that the products reach all groups of patients.
With the total sales revenues of about 500 Million Baht (2021), the company has strong growth plans in the mid- and long-term. The major products commercialized & distributed by the company include anticancer products, Psychiatric drugs, Iron products, both as injections and orals. The company also sells medical devices such as stents, balloon dilatation catheters, etc. Multiple differentiated and new pharmaceutical and medical device products are under registration and Alliance Pharma plans to launch these in Thailand in the near future.

In 2024, the company entered into a joint venture with Kalbe group of Indonesia to expand business in Thailand.
