Indication:
1. Hemodialysis Dependent Chronic Kidney Disease (HDD-CKD) patients receiving an Erythropoietin.
2. Peritoneal Dialysis Dependent Chronic Kidney Disease (PDD-CKD) patients receiving an Erythropoietin.
3. Treatment of Fe-deficiency anemia in which rapid substitution of iron is requires eg, Disturbances in iron absorption in the gastrointestinal tract , Hemorrhages, Pregnancy and Postpartum anemia,
